Winslow's most favorite, will not share with anybody, absolutely must protect from the cat, dog biscuits.
If you want to bake them for your own furry dog friend, you can find the recipe by clicking
here. I did alter the recipe somewhat and used whole wheat flour, Plus I didn't have powdered milk on hand, so I used buttermilk.
Winslow totally
♥s them and so will your dog!
Is it bad that I was looking at these and thinking 'yumm'? Until I realized they were doggie cookies. Never tasted figs but those do look good. And LOVE your kayak excursion. What great exercise and you both look so darned adorable together.
ReplyDeleteWinslow is a very lucky puppy. Thanks for the great recipe.:)
ReplyDeleteHa, Elena! Daniel actually took a little nibble to see how they tasted. I think they are a bit dry for human consumption... :-) Silke

ReplyDeleteKiki~
That's so nice that you bake for your Winslow. He's such a handsome dog and looks like a very good boy! Does he watch you bake them - does he know they are for him? Dogs are smart that way...they sure look attractive in that pretty tin.
ReplyDeleteGizzy must think he's a kitty cat because he'd rather share a can of sardines with me than to eat a biscuit (he, he, he)
Lucky Winston!!
ReplyDeleteYes.... Winston is very lucky!! Otis would love those!! Thanks for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful! Thanks, Silke. You know, I sing a variation of that song to my pups. "I love my Willow, oh yes I do..." Or Neo, whichever pup is vying for my attention at the time! Theresa
ReplyDeleteThey look good enough to eat! My three pups would love home made treats!
ReplyDeleteHow sweet are you!?!?! After I get my new family on the road to Fort Hood, I am going to make some of those for my pups! In a tiny size, cuz they love their snacks. **kisskiss** Deb
