Special Delivery!

A couple of days ago, Daniel and I arrived home from an outing and found a package on our front porch. Sweet Amy had sent me this gorgeous painting of Spring (I wish my photo could do it's shimmering colors justice), a pretty card, a velvet ribbon bookmark, and the inspiring book The Voice of Knowledge with a personal message I will hold close to my heart!
Amy and I have been blog friends since my very beginnings as a blogger. Her words of sweet encouragement are always present in my many posts and over time we've even traded artwork.

I visit her blog Such a Wondrous Place this Faerytale Space every time I need to feel recharged, to be reminded of the magic we can find in our everyday lives, and to feel the love the just oozes from Amy's every piece of artwork and every word! She is an artist and a storyteller and I am so happy I can call her a friend!!
This she sent me simply because I was feeling a little low with my persistent cold. Thank you, Amy! You are an angel!!

P.S. Amy, I'm halfway through the book and love it! It was exactly what I needed as I recharge and regroup with the beginning of Spring!

P.P.S. Thank you all for your helpful comments on me losing my blog roll. I guess it was just one of those glitches... I've recreated it to the best of my memory. If I used to follow you and am no longer, please let me know! Also, please tell me if your blog is missing from my blog list!
