21 years ago today...

...Daniel and I said "I do" in this beautiful old church in my hometown in Germany. Surrounded by friends and family, my great uncle, a priest and one of my favorite people, married us. It was the hottest day in many decades, but inside the thick walls of this church it was wonderfully cool.

A perfectly brilliant day to start off 21 amazing years! Thank you, Daniel!!

Here's to many more, my love!

    Happy Anniversary, Silke and Daniel! What a sweet church to be married in.
    Yesterday was Terry and my 15th anniversary. Apparently, early August had good karma for marriage to be happy and lasting. I hope you do something special today and I wish you many more years of happiness.
