If you are ever in need of a professional Vedic astrology reading (it's predictive in nature), take a look at her website here. She's amazing and has the perfect mixture of a very analytical mind and intuition that's right on! My chart apparently now has art and writing written all over it, so expect to see more paintings and read lots of blog posts!!
For this piece, I had painted the central woman first and thought I was finished, but when I looked at the painting for a day or so, I kept seeing other women around her. I call it Surrounded by Love and thought of all the dear sisterfriends in my life while I was painting it!
Thank you for all your sweet comments on my post yesterday. It's good to be back in blogland. I missed you all, my dear friends!!
Hi Silke,
ReplyDeleteThe painting is gorgeous! Your work has such a happy yet innocent quality to it. I always smile when I see your paintings. :)
Hope you have a lovely day!

Hi Silke. I love this painting. I made a painting years ago of four women side by side. I've got to look or it. You reminded me of it. I love the individuality of each woman. Great work. Have a great rest of the week.
ReplyDeleteThe Silke is back that I've missed and have come to love. The painting is lovely, what a wonderful gift to receive from you. Thanks for the well wishes, I'm feeling much better today.

ReplyDeleteSikle this peice seems so like you ....a life filled with friends !!!
ReplyDeleteHi dear Silke,
ReplyDeleteIt is so wonderfull,
and the meaning behind too,
I see it as weemen from North-South-East-West--- brought together here, dosn`t matter color, country,or opinions of life, we feel sisterhood and love for each other, --I wouldn`t loose it for a million.
You showed it in your beautifull painting.
Hugs from Dorthe
This turned out beautiful. The center girl looks so happy to have her friends with her. :)
