It's still thundering outside, but the storms have subsided a good bit and were much weakened by the time they arrived here. I cannot wrap my mind around the devastation they left behind in other areas! My heart goes out to everyone who was in their path.
We were without internet most of the day, so for today I simply offer you these flowers with my wishes for a good night and a peaceful day ahead.
I hope you are all safe and sound!
Beautiful Silke.....
ReplyDeleteI too am reeling about what has happened across the South; was away from news all day and did not see the real impact until a while ago.
Glad you are safe, and glad you brought the flowers in too!
XXOO~~

I am so saddened by the devastation caused by all the tornadoes. I am so happy to hear that you are safe and sound. :) We were supposed to have much harsher weather than we actually received here in Connecticut. But we were shocked to see all the destruction that occurred just last night. Stay well, dear friend. Theresa
ReplyDeleteJust finished watching the news and I'm in shock. I have a dear friend who lives in Alabama and I've not heard from her----. My heart goes out to all those poor poor people.
ReplyDeleteHi Silke,
ReplyDeleteI have been thinking about you and glad I saw your post tonight.
We had some rough weather up here in north Georgia and our plans to move to Savannah maybe be sooner rather than later.
I love the photos you posted...very relaxing and beautiful!
Blessings and Hugs,
Susan
Glad all is well with you. It certainly is a rough time for those in the South. Take care & enjoy your day tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you weren't affected and send love and light to those who were. <3
ReplyDeleteGlad you are safe. I am afraid we have angered Mother nature and she is showing her vengeful side.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you are well - the forces of nature are wreaking havoc once again - I am afraid we are going to have to 'get used to it'...
ReplyDeleteLiebe Silke,
ReplyDeletedeine Fotos sind eindrucksvoll.
Liebe Grüße und sonnige Stunden
