More Distractions

If it's not the birds, it's the garden that is holding me captive these days and away from the computer.
Right now, it is as its most beautiful and the weather is perfect for being outside.

And sometimes I have to bring the garden inside to enjoy as well, especially from the plants that bloom on the side of the house, which we don't see much.

The gardenias are beautiful and so fragrant.
I put two blossoms in a bowl filled with water together with this little glass swan a good friend brought us from Switzerland. I love it!
There has been one other good distraction, which I'll share with you in an upcoming post.

I hope you are enjoying this first week of May!

  3. That three-petalled flower is most unusual. I love it.

Like you we sometimes bring some of the flowers indoors when they are blooming in parts of the garden out of view.

(I loved your bluebird photos but cyberspace swallowed my comment!!)

  5. Gorgeous flowers! I don't usually spend as much time on the computer in the summer as I do in the winter.
