Outside it is blustery and dreary today and getting colder by the minute, but inside it's warm and cozy. A perfect day for knitting, crocheting, painting and a little cooking.
It's been so long that I blogged I thought I wanted to at least say hello and I'll be back soon. Right now, my life is a little consumed by creating, and especially with my etching class.
Yesterday, I did something at the studio that might have ruined the plates I was working on, so today I'll make a new one and then hope my professor can help me fix the ones that are now too dark. Today, I feel much calmer about it, but yesterday I wasn't a happy camper...
I hope you all are warm and cozy wherever you are and that you are enjoying a perfect autumn weekend!!
Happy Fall Silke!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful fall decorations! Hope your etching plate will be okay after the "fix". Just returned from a short trip to Santa Fe=if you are lonesome for some NM photos, I posted some on my blog.
ReplyDeleteHallo Silke, dir ein kuschliges Wochenende:-) LG Inge
ReplyDeleteBravo pour cette très belle décoration...
ReplyDeletegros bisous
Hallo Silke, der Raum mit der Blätter-Girlande ist sehr schön! Solche Sterne wie bei dir einer von der Decke hängt, werden bei uns auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt verkauft, mir gefallen die auch sehr. A cozy and snuggly weekend to you as well!
ReplyDeleteLiebe Silke,
ReplyDeleteder Herbst zeigt sich von seiner schönsten Seite. Wir machen es uns schön gemütlich.
LG Sabine
PS: Hab bisher noch keine Post erhalten. Bin mal gespannt wie lange die Reise dauert...
Silke,
ReplyDeleteThe weather in this part of Georgia is beautiful and sunny!
Love all your orangey goodness in your home.
Happy Autumn wishes to you!
Kay
Love your decorations - the light pouring in from that wonderful window makes it look a bit spooky - just perfect for Halloween (although I am sure it doesn't look that way when standing in the room). Hope your copper plates can be saved...
