The other day I baked my very first blueberry pie. I've made many pies before, but never with fresh blueberries. I wasn't sure how it would turn out and a little nervous because I was making it for a dinner party, but it was both beautiful and delicious!
I used the recipe I found
here. The Pate Brise she uses for the crust is the pie crust recipe I always use. It's foolproof! :)
