Blogging especially has been a gift that keeps on giving. <br /><br />I too 'evaluate' the worthiness of how I spend my time and I get critical when I am holed up home alone without exercise and without connecting with others. I have to remind myself that I a lot of what I love and choose to do is sedentary and isolated from the non cyber world. <br /><br />Sounds like you are not going to be judging your decisions.
